You have SongMeanings, you have SongFacts, but if you need something that gets to the point of the meaning of songs, there's this site. IDKMUSIK, of course.
Introductions are hard to do, so I'll just list songs, their lyrics, and what they mean. Artists sometimes would talk about their meanings through video blogs and interviews as well, so it helps putting up videos. The biggest challenge is being able to support this for a while.
